Manchester United manager, Sir Alex Ferguson received a suspension by the Football Federation of England, the FA. Ferguson has banned Manchester United assisted in five match and a penalty amounting to € 40,000.
Ferguson was suspended due to criticism of match referee Martin Atkinson at the Barclays Premier League, Chelsea vs Manchester United. Manchester United lost to Chelsea 2-1.
Fergie was given the opportunity to appeal, but until now Ferguson has not filed tax appeals.
