Michael Owen, Man Utd - Michael Owen's natural to hope to play regularly again, especially after scoring two goals versus Scunthorpe in the Man Utd Carling Cup and accounted for balancing goal against Bolton.
The Ex Liverpool player has recovered from a hamstring injury. This season a new record fourth appearance, though it departed from the bench. But Owen played 90 minutes when Man Utd won 5-2 at Glanford Park. Two of his goal seemed to contain a message to manager Sir Alex Ferguson, "I still can rely on."
Now, the player who scored a beautiful goal against Argentina at the 1998 World Cup hoping to play more, all for the sake of participating in Euro 2012.
"It's good to play good opponents Scunthorpe United and we are proud to qualify for some great teams dropped out," said the striker 30 years at The Sun.
"Many players who want to debut this season, some injured and others have not even play at all, is profit."
"Now we enter the period in which the Manchester United Champions League and Man Utd Carling Cup is played, except, of course, Barclays Primier League. So, I'm sure Sir Alex again cut me, "said Owen.
